11am - Thursday, August 14th 2014
Her hair, which was naturally a deep brown colour like her father's, was a mess. It stuck up at odd angles which seemed to defy the laws of physics themselves. She ran her hand through her "NO MOM IT'S AFRICAN SUNSET NOT ORANGE" hair to try to make her appearance less supernatural and it worked. Albeit to a very, very minor degree. The girl jumped out of bed lazily and staggered towards the wardrobe. She stood up straight as she plucked an outfit off its hanger; her height was not something spectacular nor paranormal - just average. The plain, short-sleeved, rose hoodie had the word 'autumn' written in Kanji across the chest making it appropriate for the time of year, was her chosen piece. She put it on over her light blue t-shirt she had worn to bed. The girl turned around and scanned the room for the pair of white shorts she left....somewhere. Her eyes finally landed on her black desk chair where her shorts were laying. She walked over tiredly to the chair but put them on quickly in case her mother came in the room to get her up for breakfast despite already being awake. The girl grabbed her red high-tops and ran quickly down the stairs.
11:15am - Thursday, August 14th 2014
"Momo get up! Stop being so-" the girl's mother was saying before she was rudely interrupted by her daughter's sudden appearance. "Morning Momo, sit down and eat your breakfast before the sausages go cold." Momo nodded and sat down at the small, circular, wooden table which was situated strategically by the window to make eating breakfast uplifting in the summer thanks to the sun, but it also depressed in the winter when the sun decided to take a break.
"What about Shintaro?" Momo asked. "Will I bring him something?"
"Don't worry about him, he's probably still sleeping. It's not like he's doing much anyway...." Her mother replied solemnly.
"OK then." Momo shrugged as she started to eat her breakfast.
11:40am - Thursday, August 14th 2014
Momo sat on her bed. Notebook in hand, pen stuck in hair. Crumpled bits of paper were covering her room. She scratched her head and continued to write down lyrics on a page again and again until she finally gave up and buried her head in her orange pillow.
"Momo? Can I come in?" Her mother asked.
Momo wasn't in the mood for company, but she needed something to take her mind off her song writing. "Come in, mom."
"Is there anyway you could run to the store and get me some rabbit food? Tono's bag is empty and I doubt your brother will be up for the task of retrieving some more."
"Sure, no problem."
Momo jumped off her bed and strolled out of her bedroom door. She glanced to the left and hesitated. She turned and knocked on the door. "What?" a voice said.
"Can I come in?" Momo replied with a hint of annoyance in her voice.
"Uh, sure. Yeah."
Momo opened the door and a pungent smell which had been wafting through the air for what smelt like years hit her like a brick wall. "Is Tono dying or is that you?" she snickered.
"What do you want, Momo?" her brother, Shintaro, replied with a hint of annoyance in his voice also.
"Do you want me to pick anything up at the store for you? I'm gong to get food for Tono anyway so...."
Shintaro didn't reply for what felt like hours but in reality it was only a few seconds. Momo shrugged and was about to leave the room as she was not expecting a reply when suddenly, her brother, a shut-in of two years, replied with "How about I come with you."
12pm - Thursday, August 14th 2014
When Momo heard her brother's response to her question she was paralysed with shock, but Ene (her brother's android who lived in his phone, computer and just about anything electronic) was laughing so hard it brought her out of her dazed state. Momo again began to wonder how Ene had even joined her brother. She liked Ene and Ene liked her but she never revealed how she came to be. Momo shrugged at the thought as she no longer cared too much any more.
"You OK, bro?" Momo said with a concerned smile on her face.
"G-give me a minute...." Shintaro replied as he leaned against a lamppost regaining his breath. He wasn't used to this kind of heat and was close to fainting.
After a few more minutes of panting, Shintaro composed himself and joined his sister.
"Master, why did you decide to leave the house? Like, why now?" Ene asked.
"She asks a good question, bro. Why?"
Momo looked at Shintaro with wide, curious eyes. "I just felt like it....Could we stop by the cemetery on the way back, please?" Shintaro said meekly.
Momo was vexed. Why did he want to- oh. It was the second anniversary of Ayano's, Shintaro's close friend, suicide. Momo didn't know the full story and she didn't want to either. She was fond of Ayano and just thinking about the details made her feel distraught.
"Bro, I'm sorry - of course we can." Momo said quietly as she wrapped her arm around her brother's shoulder.
"Y'know we should buy some-" Momo was started to say just before a crowd had gathered around her.
"MOMO MOMO! KISARAGI KISARAGI!! SIGN THIS SIGN THIS PLEASE" they were all chanting with some variations here and there. Being an idol isn't all it's cracked up to me and Momo had learnt this the hard way over the years. She nodded placidly and waved for the crowd, slowly but surely passing through.
"Ene, is there an alley or backstreet we can get to quickly?" Shintaro asked.
"Uhmm, yes Master! There's one just ahead, only a meter or so away."
Shintaro nodded at his phone symbolising a thank you and Ene winked at him. Shintaro nudged Momo in the direction of the alleyway and she quickly broke away from the crowd to reach it.
"Thank God." Momo sighed. "I'm sorry brother, I should have put my hood up or....?" Momo looked around.
"Shintaro....? Shit...This isn't good...." Momo said under her breath. Momo heard footsteps approaching, but it definitely wasn't Shintaro's as these were confident footsteps.
"Need a hand?" a girl wearing an iPod-esque hoodie said as she extended her hand.

Hey guys-who-made-it-through-to-the-end, thanks for reading! Or if you skipped to this part, thanks for at least viewing my thread.
I wrote a small fanfic based heavily on Kisaragi Attention. I got bored and I decided to write something. Since I love Momo dearly, I based it on her. I don't know how many instalments there will be or if I'll even continue it, however I would love some feedback from you guys just to see in which areas and how I can improve my writing, so comment if you want to. Or don't, whatever~
